Refund Policy for Web Temple

At Web Temple, we strive to ensure our clients are fully satisfied with our services. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Our refund policy is outlined below to provide clarity on eligible situations and refund procedures.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

1. If the service you paid for has not commenced due to a delay on our part.
2. If the service delivered does not meet the agreed-upon specifications as detailed in the project agreement or scope document.
3. For any technical issues directly related to our service platform, which we could not resolve satisfactorily.

2. Non-Refundable Services

1. If the client changes their mind after the project has commenced.
2. For services already rendered and projects that have been completed and delivered as per the agreed specifications.
3. For add-on services, additional work beyond the initial scope, or any other customizations requested after the project initiation.
4. In cases where project delays are caused by the client, such as delays in content or information provision.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, clients must email us at info.webtemple@gmail.com or contact us at +91-9541628007 within 14 days of the payment date. Once we receive your refund request, we will review it within 5-7 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 14 business days.

4. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, a partial refund may be issued for work that was completed partially and according to the agreed terms up to the date of cancellation. The amount will be determined based on the work delivered.
