Service Engagements
Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are confirmed in writing before work begins. Deposits reserve time and resources for your engagement and are generally non-refundable once planning or delivery has started.
Cancellation Requests
Please send cancellation requests in writing to info@webtemple.in. If work has not started, we will review the request and any applicable refund based on the agreed terms. If work has started, fees for completed work and committed costs remain payable.
Training and Courses
For training enrolments, cancellation and transfer eligibility may depend on the course, start date, and resources already provided. Contact us as early as possible so we can review the available options with you.
Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Changes to Scope
Requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised timeline or additional fee. We will discuss and confirm any such change before proceeding.
